Texas A&M Women’s Lacrosse has partnered with GYC Planners as their official housing authority.
This event is STAY TO PLAY requiring all participating teams be housed by GYC Planners in a host hotel. Do not contact hotels directly.
Any team circumventing the policy will be asked to cancel and book through GYC Planners or forfeit registration and not participate.
Teams must be registered to attend prior to being accommodated. Hotel requests due before January 8, 2027. We need one form from each team please (even if same club). We can not guarantee multiple teams/same club at same hotel due to limited number of rooms.
Review hotels and submit the required room form indicating total number of rooms needed.
